Will 225/70 R16 work on my 2002 Jeeg Grand Cherokee?

currently have stock 225/75 R16. I have a friend who has a Volvo with 225/70 R16 tires they just bought and need to get rid of. Would these to be ok to use?

Yes those tires will work, your speedometer will be a bit off but the tires will fit.
