spray stains w/ Easy-Off Oven Cleaner. Let sit a half hour or so, then scrub off w/ a scrubbie sponge, or even steel wool if you have to.

Well next time you grill chops line the pan with foil. For now to get the stain out sprinkle the whole thing with baking soda and boiling water and scrub, scrub, scrub!Someone also told me you can spray oven cleaner on pots and pans and let them soak overnight, but I never tried this. The baking soda really softens stuck on stuff!

Try that Dawn foam stuff. You spray it on and leave it for 10 minutes, then wipe. It works very well for grease, too and it's not as strong as oven cleaner. With oven cleaner, you have to leave a front or back door open to make sure you don't pass out.

Try taking meat tenderizer and mix with water to make a paste. Then rub in on the stain in a circular motion. The meat tenderizer will break down the stain the same way it breaks down the fibers of the meat to make it tender.

welll you can always try using some alunimum foil to line the pan to prevent the sauce from sticking. thats what I do.
Now to get it off, you can try using lemon juice. Smear the juice on the pan and place it in the oven and bake it. It works great to clean burned on food off of baking sheets. Only on thing i can think of is vinager. Let the pan soak in a vinager water solution.
Good Luck

if its pyrex you should be able to put it on the stove on low heat and "deglaze" it with wine or citrus juice (like lemon). you could try scrubbing it out with so bar keepers friend or put some hydrogen peroxide on it and letting it sit. don't use toxic chemicals in your kitchen like oven cleaner and bleach.
