Where can I find grants or money donations to pay for the building of stuff at the YMCA i work at?

I work for the YMCA and this year I'm doing the teen camp portion of the camp. Does anyone know where I can apply for grants or have money donation ideas I can get to pay for some of the stuff that needs to be built?

Have you tried approaching the various local companies about providing donations? Target and Walmart have grant programs, too.
