While I must say you are correct, the better resemblence I believe is to The Crypt Keeper, remember that show Tales from the Crypt? Well that's the inside joke with me and my buddies about Mark.

I disagree but see a strong resemblance to tucan sam and jeff gordon. Only Ingrid is much prettier than gordon. Hope he dont get hungry and eat his eyebrows mistaking them for meal worms or spiders!!
