When a cat pushes on you, or rubs, It's normal. When they rub, they are saying that they grown into you and they trust you. The drooling? I don't know. If your cat never did this before, maybe it's time for a check-up.

Absolutely nothing. That's not weird, that is cat. The stomach pushing is kneeding, a trait left over from kittenhood when they kneed the mother while nursing. The drooling is similar...waiting to feed. Cindy is like that. Munch licks. Spook is Spook. On my lap as usual. No big deal.

actually that is pretty normal behavior for a cat. the pushing on your stomach or cat massage as i like to call it is done because it is what they did when they were kittens and nursing. you are the mommy now and your cat is "priming" you to nurse but of course wont nurse because it gets it food elswhere. the drooling is just a sign of happiness - lots of cats drool.

The pushing on your stomach is normal for a cat. All cats do it. It's just the kneading that they did when they were feeding on their mothers. They will always do it. My cat is 13 years old and still does it.

that's completely normal...enjoy it!

she may be pushing on your tummy with her paws to let out her scent from her pads and say "this is my momma and my bed-no one else can have her"
but I can't explain the drooling...they just do it sometimes...
