From NASCAR News:awaiting Dale Jr.'s next move
He wants to win championships, and Hendrick seems to be the place to do it. Winners of eight of the past nine races, the organization is the best in NASCAR right now. But all four of its drivers are under contract, and Hendrick is not looking to dump any of them.
Casey Mears, struggling through his first season, is the most expendable driver, if Hendrick wants to make room for Earnhardt. But many feel Mears deserves a chance to make it in the organization.
It also is not the most natural fit for Earnhardt.
Hendrick drivers are taught to be polished, politically correct and arrive at events in starched shirts and slacks. That could be tough for Earnhardt, whose wardrobe seems to consist of wrinkled white T-shirts.

I know that this was an article on NASCAR.com, but NO, Hendricks is NOT the best or natural fit for Jr. Yes, he may choise to throw us all for a loop and go with a company that none of us a prepared for, BUT he will probably go to RCR. HOWEVER, it will NOT be in the #3!

i said it before Jr is a bum and is going to race at pensky racing soon good place for him Hendrick doesn't need him so why take him unless Jr was going to pay a couple million to Hendrick just so they would take him

I think maybe he'd like to help build a program such as Ginn Racing.Jumping to Hendrick would be like freeloading.

Only Junior knows what he wants to do.The people that assume they know are just making their wish public.
I'm sure that who ever he drives for will be the best for his situation.

Talked to Jr himself???? Riiight. Your story about asking him about the swerving left and right made me laugh so hard it brought tears to my eyes. They do it to scrub them clean.
