for me it doesnt it just makes me feel like they dont like me so i just end up moving on

No, like the first poster said, we [guys] like you more for things that show you are special to us.
If you ignore them and "we" like you, it'd only make us think about you more for some time, and then not so much after too long.

I believe so cause me and one of my male friends where having a conversation about this topic
He told me that he like it better when a girl does not sweat him so much and ask him so many questions
like when he coming home or keeping ring his phone saying who u with or what u doing are with someone else.
I think guys like when we ignore them to a certain extent

Not really, Playing hard to get backfires often as us guys see ignoring as a "not interested" so we forget about you and move on. If your going to play the game, play it right or sit on the sidelines.

It really depends on the guy.. some guys see it as a challenge....so if the guy u're after is a really confident guy and u know he likes a challenge.. then by all means.. play hard to get!

id say no. see there this guy and he likes me. on the days that i smiled and talked to him he would walk with me in the halls and wait for me nice stuff like that. hed be in a happy mood while around me. but on the days where i totally avoid him he has a sorta pissed off mood. he wasn't mean to me or any thing but he would stay away from me too. i don't like this kid so i didn't want to lead him on but on the days i ignore him he doesn't seem to like me more..

If the guys are players, then it is certainly possible. However, expect to be ignored yourself in that environment.
