She had a boyfriend before and she still loves him. I dont know why the heck I love her so much. She wont be looking for a guy like me as I am still at university, she will be looking for someone whose financially settled n all! What should I do how should i approach her? nothing is impossible they say, but please give me serious advice!

You don't want to date her right now because she needs time to get over her prior relationship. You never want a girl on a rebound. Get on with your life and see how she is doing in 6 months.

How much older is she?
1-5 Talk to her
6-10 think about it, still love her, talk to her
11-15 reconsider your situation, think about the future
Try just being there for her and being her friend. Move on from there.
If she's in the 11-15 catagory, she'll most likely try to talk some sense into you. But there are some women who like younger men. Just think about it long and hard. Ask yourself questions like:
Am I mature enough for this relationship?
Is there a future between her and her old boyfriend?
If she's ready to settle down, am I ready for marriage?
If so, what will happen 20 years down the road when she's aged more than I have?
Last but not least, no matter what people say or what advice they give (including me, you can ignore me since I don't know the whole story) the decision is yours and only you know what lies within your heart.

If she still loves him, maybe you shouldn't get involved with her. I understand that you have strong feelings for her, but you do not deserve to be with a girl who cannot put her whole heart and soul into the relationship. If you really feel like you should pursue her, tell her how you feel. Tell her your concerns about her wanting to find someone of her age, but also mention all of your positive attributes.

I think if you are interested in this women that you need to confront her and tell her your fellings either she shuts you down or she goes out for a cup of coffee with you and gets to know you. Who knows maybe you will be her sex toy for awhile what would be wrong with that.
