OK, here's the straight up scoop... a sense of humor (she can laugh at herself and not be too serious)... intelligence... warmth and compassion... soulfulness... an engaging conversationalist... interesting to be with... interested in others... not materialistic or primarily into fashion alone... well read... forgiving... like to wrestle and play in mud puddles.... likes Oreo cookies with milk... sensitive... humane... well, you get the picture.

Real men, and I mean REAL MEN OF DEPTH AND SUBSTANCE, like women of substance. In contrast, shallow, self absorbed, immature children/boys go for looks (is she arm candy, is she good in bed, does she have a nice bod) -----you know, the one-dimensional side that requires no effort on the guys part except an erection!

So, if your "picker" is broken, you'll end up with the immature boys: if it works, you'll end up with a real man. Just depends on what you want and what you have to offer. One thing is for sure.... if life was a 100 meter race, looks would take you only 5-10 meters: your personality is what takes you the additional 80 meters (but only if it's a great one).

I like a woman that smiles at me, asks me questions, gives me honest answers when I ask her questions, instead of just saying I dont know all the time, if she can tell a joke or laugh at one of jokes that is always a plus. And of course you have to like her face and the way she looks at you. Some girls are much better about flirting, and touching you once and awhile with different parts of their body, and I dont mean sexually. How can I explain this just touching someone with your leg, or your foot or your hands or just being near me, can make me want to take a look and see who just touched me, cause the one thing you can only do in someone's presence is to touch them physically. So take advantage of being in the same room with someone. Dont grab or be ridiculously aggressive, but just brush by someone ever so lightly, can be very memorable for a guy.

Also being in good physical shape never hurt anyone's sexiness. Go to the gym, eat healthy. If you want a guy with muscles, then you should also workout and try to keep your body in the best condition. Plus when you have a lower body fat percentage you tend to look younger in your facial features. People never are able to guess my age, because I workout and thankfully god still makes me look like I did when I was younger. Also I give thanks that my mind is much smarter and mature then I was when I was in high school.

Oh finally a good perfume or body spray never hurt anyone either. If you wear the same scent whenever you are with this man, he will remember it, and it will make him think of you when he smells it again in other places. Scent is very powerful way to trigger memories and feelings.

And the way a woman dances is always memorable for me too. The way she dance alone, and especially the way she dances in my arms for ballroom dancing.

finally a woman who has a strong prayer life, and does service in the church or in the community is a very powerful way to attract me. If he serves in the same ministry as me it will make me know she has similar values to me or believes in the same cause that I believe in. I need a woman of the same faith, I always want to know if my partner shares the same religious beliefs that I do, that is very important to me, in case we have a family and raise kids together.
