i'm 5'8 and i weigh like 185 i'm not obese but i am a little on the chubby side yeah ive tried dieting for awhile adn excersising but ive lost insignificant weight and ive been doing this for a long time. so eyah plz respond some one

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Power Walk and Drink lots of water.
50 crunches in the morning &
50 crunches before going to bed.

If you eliminate "white" foods from your diet your weight will come off pretty quickly. No sugar, milk, flour, rice, etc... Essentially low-carb. It works really well...

go to : body for life.com get some ideas from there...I'm in this challenge that ends jun 24....lost 30 lbs. so far muscle don't know about that yet

i tip the scale big time!!!!!!im having the same problems losing weight . just be very patient and if ur that worried ask ur doc. to put u on a diet.dont strees about it...............i learned the hard way,DONT STRESS!!!!!!!!!!!
