the both make some alright tasting cereals. form a health perspective neither is that great. the shorter the list of ingredients in a food item the less processed it will be and the more nutritious it will be. heavily processed cereals are not healthy regardless of what the manufactures of Special K may claim.

GM, Kellogs don't have any good cereal. GM has Trix, Cheerios, Lucky Charms.
