What is a community service offered only in your community?

I ask this question, because I want to see how many people actually know of a community service near them, that ISN'T a national chain. I want names also.

We have the Knoxville Soup Kitchen, a small organization that runs a (you guessed it!) Soup Kitchen for homeless near downtown Knoxville.
There are also dozens of church charities, like clothing drives and rummage sales.
There is also one small domestic abuse shelter in town, but I think they are working on getting connected to a national group.
