And make some daring changes to the US Constitution.
Like for example The Rosie amendment: Mandatory mouth stapling. And an atheist amendment: free speech as long as we decide what that "free speech" is?

Sort of like the liberals rules are now only we do it in reverse.

Yeah, you're here, aren't you? Able to ask questions, regurgitate what your 'preacher' told you. How is that not free speech?

You are able to assemble every Sunday, or Saturday or Wednesday or when ever you wish to worship as you see fit. How is that not free speech?

You are able to raise your children in the manner you choose, live where you want without fear of violence, hold down a job with no threat of getting fired because of who you are, serve in the military openly, walk the streets unmolested, get married to the person of your choice, open your home to adoption, leave your loved ones an inheritance, fully reap all the benefits of our Constitution.

Well, what you call 'free speech' is making all those things you take for granted impossible for fellow Americans.

Go cry your loathsome crocodile tears someplace else. You'll find absolutely no sympathy here.

That sounds brilliant! Let's burn witches, too and reinstitute the Inquisition. Nothing like a little compulsory orthodoxy to make life heaven on earth.

May I ask which particular denomination of the myriad "true churches" we should (note, not such) place at the head of this new crusade?

No. Christianity is not compatible with the United States government. No amount of changes to the Constitution will change this, and the incompatibility will result in a lot of bloodshed, violence, and the final abdication of Christianity in this land.

Christianity is an institution created by man for man, to conform to a belief that is not necessarily true.
God is not a Religion, God is not an institution, God is a faith of the heart and soul,God is the Alpha and the Omega, for God is in everything, he is not confined to houses of brick and stone, nor is God christian. To lay claim to such is blasphemy and ignorance!

Are you surprised by any of this? Yes, it's ok for an atheist to make as inflammatory a remark or question as they like, but when it's responded to by a believer or even another non-believer in a fashion that "pricks their conscience" in a way they find injurious, the tactic is to whine about it in order to silence someone.
What does it say about those people? They will say to the mountains to cover them? It's that finger in the ear "la lalalalalalal, I can't hear you now" mentality.
Just laugh at them.

So Steve, You want to turn this country into a Christian Theistic dictatorship? Censorship, Torture of people who disagree with you. Go to Iran, that is exactly the form of government they have, I'm sure you will be real happy there.

Matt 7:3 Why, then, do you look at the straw in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the rafter in your own eye? 4 Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Allow me to extract the straw from your eye’; when, look! a rafter is in your own eye? 5 Hypocrite! First extract the rafter from your own eye, and then you will see clearly how to extract the straw from your brother’s eye

Each one of us is compleatly imperfect. We can help, heal and love one another. Other than that...it's not for us to judge and correct.

As a Jewish person, this is terribly frightening to me. What will you do with the Jews in this new Christian theocracy?

I am a liberal and I like conservatives to exercise their right to free speech. I choose to fight back with words instead of laws. Suppressing free speech may make you happier, but you'll never suppress my thoughts. I don't like anyone, conservative or liberal, to censor what others say.

Free speech only works if you are eloquent enough to make your point. Obviously, you fail.
