your current secruity settings will not allow this file to be downloaded!!???? PLEASE HELP!?

that prompt comes up every time i go to download anything..what do i change to make it work?? its not in the internet tools option! believe me i tried that! i use internet explorer.... maybe its soemthing to do with my norton anitvirus or something?? please help!!!

enable norton alerts .they'er a pain ,but will let you allow what you need when you choose.
