Do your situps, crunches, leg raises, weighted exercises.. when driving or watching tv or just sitting, clench your abs tightly and hold.. eat a high protein and carb diet, low fat.. even if you have a six pack, if you've got an inch of fat on top of that it ain't gonna show.

Watch you diet and pick up a mag like Mens Health, etc. Usually they have a section monthly on exercises for getting 6 pack abs. Won't happen overnight, so be patient.

You'll never get a six pack if you have fat on your abs. You can do crunches and other ab exercises all day and you will end up with a "six pack" under all your fat. You won't be able to see it but it'll be there. To remove fat you need to do cardio at least 30 min/day 5-6 days a week. For the most effective ab exercises, use a roman chair for upper abs http://youtube.com/watch?v=lZzAkipK5lI and knee lifts on a Vertical Tower http://youtube.com/watch?v=n02lhM5f4s4 for lower abs.

do a lot of crunches/sit-ups, that kind of thing. this will get you some muscles. then in order to get them to stand out and be defined do soem cardio as well, like running or biking
