I wash my chicken, pat it dry. Dip it in milk and roll it in bread crumbs mixed with flour. Salt & Pepper (sometimes I also use lemon pepper) it. Place it in a hot pan with about an inch of oil in the bottom and let it fry until golden brown, turning every few minutes, usually takes about 25-30 minutes. Sometimes instead of using bread crumbs I use crumbled corn flakes. Put a lid on it because the oil will splatter. ENJOY!

First it is not Boiling it is frying. Fry it for about 8 minutes on each side two times. When it starts to kind of float then it is done. Better yet, cut the piece to the bone and if there is no blood then it is done.

I don't know the exact time but I would stick a fork in the meaty part and if the juice running out is clear and not pink it is done. Probably 20 -30 minutes.

How much oil are you using? Are you deep frying it ??? When it is golden brown take a piece out and stick a fork in it to see if there is any drainage (bloody) coming from it , if so its not done , if not then its done !!!

put the grease on at medium heat for about 5 minutes. afterwards, drop a little water in the pot and see if it sizzles. if so, you're ready! drop the chicken and cook til it is no longer bleeding, until it is crispy and golden brown. enjoy!

Never heard of anyone boiling it first. Just roll it in flour and flop it in the pan until it's tender, sweetie.
