Yes, a kloptomaniac steals because of mental problems, not evil.
So, if an invitation happens to be laying around unguarded, the klepto' could pick it up and place it in their pocket.

Heaven is where the saved are. The saved ones are those who were already cleansed from all unrighteousness. They are the righteous ones whose minds and bodies have been transformed knowing just the good. So they can't think of stealing anymore. Besides, kleptomaniacs will not be admitted in heaven.

You're talking about something physical. God is the only one that can place you in heaven and that has nothing to do with anything other then your soul being resurrected in him and that's an "inner" job.
