IT MAY SOUND GROSS BUT THEY'RE ACTUALLY PRETTY GOOD!!!

Grape Jelly Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups chili sauce
1 cup grape jelly (can use currant jelly)
1 to 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 pound lean ground beef
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
PREPARATION:
Combine chili sauce, grape jelly, and mustard in Crock Pot and stir well. Cook, covered, on high while preparing meatballs to bake.
Combine remaining meatball ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into 30 meatballs.

This is so simple but it's really good...
Just take your frozen meatballs, put 'em in the crockpot, add a jar or two of sweet and sour sauce. Add a can or two of pineapple chunks (depends on how many meatballs you have!) and cook. The pineapple adds a nice tang to them, plus it makes the dish go a little farther!
These are crazy simple but everyone always loves them!

Just use some jar flavor gravy, probably meat flavored to accentuate the meat ball flavor if using ground beef meatballs. Also, you do not need to thaw the meatballs, that would be a bad idea bc they would fall apart.

Easiest Sweet and Sour Meatballs!!!

This is my all time favorite recipe. It's simple, quick, and always gets rave reviews.

Add 8oz jar of grape jelly (sweet), melt.
Add 8oz jar of cocktail sauce (sour), mix
Add thawed meatballs
Cook for about 1 hour over high heat or until sauce and meatballs are hot.

Good Luck!

Oooh, do Swedish meatballs! It's like a package of cream cheese, 2 cans of cream of mushroom, and (secret ingredient) a little can of green chiles. Heat all that up in the crock, then toss in the FROZEN meatballs. Thin it down with a little milk if you need to.

My husband made this and I went "ehhh" until I tried them! So good! And my family swooned over them.

I like meatballs with sweet and sour sauce. They taste delicious! But of course bbq sauce or marinara tastes good too. Sweet and sour sauce and be purchased in the asian foods section in your local super market. I think it would be better too thaw the meatballs first or even warm then in the oven.
