Ok well my best friend i think is prettier then me and everytime i like a guy she decides she likes him and decides she has to go out with him and i cant even talk to the guy anymore. What should I do???

dont tell her if u like someone try to beat her to him... it seems wrong since shes ur bff but its not fair shes been taking ur want to be men.. so just tell her or take my advice

First of all, if she does those kinds of things to you, she is not your friend, best or otherwise. I would get a real friend, and maybe don't tell her everything in your private world. A friend doesn't need to know your whole life history. You asked, and I'm sorry, but that's what I think ! You deserve a better friend than that, without even having met you, I know that.

You should definately tlk to your friend about this. Obviously she has self image/worth issues and feels the need to like every guy that you like to becasue she wants to feel better about herself. and in return it is making you feel like she is prettier than you are. Don't let it get to you. Try not to think that way all the time (that she is prettier) b/c then your letting your confidence go down, which is making hers go up.. and of course the guys are goin to want to date her.. guys love confidence in a girl.. so do whatever you can to think positive... and soon enough, you will realize what i am saying about her and her self image problems is true..... Think about it, and take my advice into consideration, i promise it will help

Take the initiative and seek out your own guys without consulting your friend. I'm sure you have other people to talk to if you have to tell them about some guy. Open up to her after you've got a connection with somebody. A real friend wouldn't steal all your guys.
Or better yet, hook up your friend with somebody so she's occupied. Maybe she'll return to the favor.

why can't you talk to him anymore if she does? girl if she decides to like every boy you like it is because she is mad jealous of you and totally thinks you are prettier than her so she proves to herself that you aren't hotter than her if she can get any guy you want. i say fight back. next time I have two suggestions: tell her you like a guy. wait for her to flirt. then totally show up at school the next day and look hot and flirt with him every chance you get and like just ignore her. or: pick a really fugly or dorky guy and tell her you don't care what other people say, you think he is mad hot. then sit back and watch her flirt with him and laugh til you cry! tell people it will happen and everyone will laugh at her too!

tell her about a guy you like (that you don't really) and see what he says. Than confront her and let her know what she is doing and how it is bumming you out.. Best Friends don't do that kind of stuff. Or you can let her move in on the guy you dont really like and go for the guy she just dumped...

I would talk to your best friend about it, because if she is your best friend, she will learn to give you some respect and learn to back off a bit when you say you like someone. I think honestly, if she is your best friend she will do this, if not, you may find someone who will not do this to you to hang out with, cause if you hang with her too long, you will loose all self esteem that you have for yourself.. Please set down and talk to her. :)

Get a new best friend. A REAL best friend doesn't do that. She would respect your feelings for a guy and not go after him if you like him. Drop her.

i had that same problem with a former friend of mine. im firmly of the belief now that the only thing she had going for her was big boobs. dont tell your friend who you like. find any way possible for her not to find out who you like. or tell her exactly what she is doing that bothers you. or trick her into thinking you like somebody, then you are free to pursue who you realy want because she is busy chasing the other guy. that way she SEES what she is doing.

Umm... Gee. She doesn't sound like much of a friend. She obviously sees you as a threat and is jealous. Maybe you should try to make some space.
