Activity in Bowel Area or Lower Intestines?

Question

There is some sort of sight viabration or sensation that last for 10 seconds & then it starts again, on going every 10 seconds in the lower bowel or intestines area. Yes, I drink plenty of water every day & have a bowel movement every day. What could this be?

Sounds like it could just be gas, or constipation. Are you constipated? Eat plenty of greens, but take Rolaids or Beano to prevent gas buildup. Good luck with your bowels! :)
