If it was his idea to buy the flowers and hug you then yes. If his mother told him to do it... maybe yes, maybe no.

yes it does differently specially if the flowers are you're favorite. The Hug is a good sign But not a definite but the flowers for sure and if the flower is red that mean's he loves you! But remember yellow means friends so check the color.

if a boy gives you flowers and a hug it does not mean that he likes you. there could be many reason why he gave them to you. it could b a thank you gift. you could also ask whats the occasion?
