find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

go on a detox diet.

Eggs,Beans, Salad,Green Tea, Pears, Soup, Lean Beef, Olive Oil, Grapefruit, Cinnamon, Vinegar, Tofu Nuts High-Fiber Cereal cottage cheese and Hot Red Peppers are some good foods to help you lose weight.

well first, there isnt a healthy way to lose weight fast.... and second, the only way to look the way you probably want to is by exercise and eating better = life change. cardio exercise (running, jogging, walking) is the best way to burn some calories. i think the best way to lose weight is to calculate your normal calorie intake (how many calories you eat in a day) multiply it by 7 (=a week) and subtract 7000. it should be 3500 calories for one pound of fat. to lose weight or fat you need to burn more calories than you eat. the easiest things to help you lose some calories from your diet is to stop drinking any soda or sugar drinks. stick to water and nature juice. also look at and pay attention to the food you are eating.
its only healthy to lose 2 pounds a week unless you are extremely overweight or consuming a lot of calories.
the best way to lose weight is to talk to a doctor or nutritionist... or join a weight loss program.

Wear the 2 piece any way and do not feel other people will be snipe. A lot will not.

First of all DONT use one of those diets on t.v. try exerising about 60 minutes a day and adding fruits and veggies and low calorie foods to your regular meals also DONT starve yourself just subing water in place of soda you can lose about 15lbs. a month

It helps just to excersise and eat healthy. I don't think starving yourself is a good idea and excersing is the best way I can think of.
