No. I don't let it get that far. If she's wanting to tease, then when I'm alone, I will relieve myself via masturbation. Though I like it when a gal will tease some sexually as it creates an intense environment.

yup, and it hurts like hell, but guess what. The girl can't give you that. It just seems to happen for no real reason. So, do not accept the blame, or let yourself be manipulated into doing something you don't want to do. If he need it, he can jerk himself off.
