Boys, i need a date 4 a dance. It's a dance where the girls ask the guys....
I like some kid, but i dunno if he wants to go with me. What should i say to him? I've been thinking:
"_____, I've been meaning to tell you about my feelings for you. I don't know if you understand, but try. The only reason i get up in the morning for school is to see you, but i never got up the courage to tell you. Now, though, i have the chance. I understand that the formal is coming up this Friday. I also understand there's only 26 days of school left. But untill the day school ends, and hopefully after that, will you be my boyfriend?"
...cheesy, huh?!
PLEASE. I need some tips on how to ask.

sorry, not a boy but maybe i can help a lil (hopefully!!!). well it really depends on how mature he is and how old u guys are. The stuff you put together would be really good, if it didnt scare him. i think you may be comin on a little too strong. I would ask him to maybe hang out sometime (make sure u make the plans so it's not just in the air) and try to get to know eachother a little more. either that or just ask him to the dance and have him take you out to dinner before or something so you guys can talk a bit and he won't just have some girl confessing all her love to him at once! good luck honey!

I would just start by asking him to the dance. If he says yes, then go and have a good time and see where things go from there. There is no reason to unload all your feelings on him just in your invitation to the dance. I hope he says yes, and I hope you guys have a good time.

Personally I think that's awful forward and well if it works for you then go for it, but chances are because I am assuming your young that might alienate him.
I would just simply say Hey Joe, the dance is coming up wanna go with me? Then see how it goes from there.

Ask early, ask often. But just ask him to go to the dance with you. The other can come later. It's too much too fast.

to long make it short and simple like "hey i dont no if u have a date for the dance yet but if u dont mayb u wood like to go with me?"
