i've been working out vigorously for five weeks. i didn't drop a single pound. but now i'm on my sixth week and i just magically dropped 9 pounds in 2 days. should i be worried???

ohh no no no. i meant cardio. i'm trying to lose weight i just want to know if this is strange in anyway. don't get me wrong. i'm happy about it because it's been a very long and super hard five weeks.
