find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then start burning fat), light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

To lose weight successfully, you should know the food that you eat can either make you THIN or FAT!!!
Yes,it is really important. You should know the truth:
1.Low Fat Foods DON'T WORK...
2.Low Calorie Diets DON'T WORK...
3.Low Carb Plans DON'T WORK...
I followed the guide above and I lost 10 lbs in 7 days and then 30 lbs in less than a month.
I followed the guide on:

YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE. It is a weight loss myth.

The only way to reduce body fat is diet and exercise. If you do lots of crunches, or other abdominal exercises, it will increase your muscle tone, but it wont reduce fat, since its just sitting on top of your muscle.

To lose weight, just pick a diet that is healthy, but contains less calories than what you are burning.

If you want to "spot reduce" meaning reducing fat only in certain areas, the only solution, which I DO NOT recommend, is liposuction.

Actually go for a real run, don't just run in place. Do jumping jacks or get a jump rope. Do lots of situps and crunches. Also- don't drink soda. Only drink water or an energy drink if you are exercising. Eat light yogurt for breakfast. It's been proven to help reduce belly fat.

What Love handles means?

The area on the lower side of the outer slanted abdominal muscles is an area where people like to lose fat. The overload storage of fat in this area is called love handles. It is there because of the excess fat. The area on the lower side of the outer slanted abdominal muscles is where many people would like to lose fat.
The overload storage of fat in this area is often referred to as "love handles", and is caused mainly through the build up of excess fat. The size may also be exacerbated as gravity pulls fat from the sides down to create a more full area. The bulge can often be visible even when light clothes are worn. This can give rise to the illusion that there is much more fat around that specific area than there actually is.
Losing love Handles
By know all of us know what are love handles. Love handles are created because of the extra fat build up in the body. Now we have to find out how to lose love handles.
If you really want to get rid of love handles, you should understand that there is no magical cure for love handles. The only solution is by the use of healthy diet and using regular exercise programs. I will never recommend you to go for any kind of pills for gets rid of love handles.

So here I am listing some of the best ways to get rid of love handles:

· Healthy diet
Going on a healthy diet can be really helpful in getting rid of love handles. You can go for low carb diets and low calorie diet. While using these diets, you have to some of your favorite stuff like sweets. Your diet should include proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals required for body to function properly.

· Cut the salt
The amount of too much salt in your diet is responsible for around 80% of love handles. High amount of sodium in your body will direct to "water retention," which makes love handles more prominent. So reduce the amount of salt in all kind of food you use.

· Cardio Training
The key to having great abs is burning more calories than you take in. Aerobic training combined with the tips above does just that. If you want to get rid of love handles then get up off the couch and go for a walk, take a bike ride, or play some hoops. Find something you like to do and keep doing it.

Wow! Where do we start? Yes running in place helps especially if you break a sweat. You need to do more cardio and push yourself harder try setting goals you need to reach like the loss of a few pounds or giving up soda or carrot cake! Try some different excercises like jumping rope good cordination builder and endurance. Diet and excercise go hand and hand....

RUnning helps out everywhere, barbells are more for arms and the sit up machine is great. Try laying on your stomach and lifting your legs (try two sets of 10 to start on each leg)
