No. Neither are they obedient to God but only to their Watchtower Organisation.
Sadly, this Organisation has made a number of prophecies that have failed to come true and so fails the test of a true prophet of God.

Well, you can say that if you go anywhere on the Earth and ask if they know what a JW is, and they will have either talked to one in their life time, or knows someone who has. As good as the ministerial work of the Mormons is, they cannot even say that.

(Acts 1:8) . . .but YOU will receive power when the holy spirit arrives upon YOU, and YOU will be witnesses of me both in Jerusalem and in all Ju·de´a and Sa·mar´i·a and to the most distant part of the earth.”
Yes they are!! No other group does it like they do according to the way Jesus wanted it done!! In over 235 lands!
They witness about Jesus (the son of God) and they witness about Jehovah (God, the creator).

no- I wastold by a JW that we do not receive the power of the Holy Spirit any more- I was told I was praying in vain for her to be healed of cancer, I was told there was no more prophecying (funny because that isin direct opposition to what the Watchtower society does), that the Holy Spirit did not heal our bodies any longer -and all the other things we were prominsed through the Holy Spirit. They have so far not given me any Biblically sound reasons for why- only a weak argument using a scripture taken out of context.

JW's are probably the most obedient group in this respect. That is not the problem that most Christians have with their ways.
