on a serious note, why is harrys life more important than any other mothers son,LOOKS LIKE OUR COUNTRY HAS BACKED DOWN TO THREATS,in the old days kings and princes led their country into battle, harry is in charge of a group of men,how do experienced soldiers feel about being led by someone like that, why has prince charles got every medal going,he hasnt even had a schoolground punch up let alone been to war.do you think that makes medals worthless/WHY CANT HARRY GO,blair told us the country was beaten and the people of iraq were cheering us and waving their welcome, prince andrew went to the falklands,he was kept well away from the action and given loads of medals, does harry get army wages on top of what they already take from us,the british public,

About 100 times on here already!
And everyone of you aren't telling people the facts. You are guilty of omission, or just can't read!
There have been threats on his life, and it is very easy for them to get access too him as there are not that many Brits in Iraq!
It IS NOT because he doesn't want to go.
With Harry being a target, that makes every soldier around him a target. I am sure the men in Iraq will be relieved that there chances of going home alive just increased by a decision made not to put them at-risk. A completely correct decision by a general who cares about his men!.

The insurgents were passing his photo around-they planed on kidnapping him and doing lord's know what to him. It was too dangerous for the prince to go because he already is a target before he even lands there. But seriously his life isn't worthy more or less than his comrades, this war is dangerous period, and it's time for the troops to be home.

I think that Prince Harry would put his fellow soldiers in more danger than they would be normally. He would be a prize for the terrorist and in capturing or targeting him, it would be hazardous for the rest of the Regiment.
