1. Karate or Martial arts?
Both terms are used in Spanish, Karate is written in the same way but its promounciation is a little different, Martial Arts = Artes Marciales
2. Cage Fighting?
This exists in Mexican Wrestling as well as in American, but there is no exact translation in Spanish, they use the phrase "la jaula" and its literal translation would be "Peleas en la jaula"
3. What kind of movies do you like?
¿Qué tipo de películas te gustan?. There ere many translations for "kind" in spanish. It also means "clase" (¿Qué clase de películas te gustan?).

Martial arts: Artes Marciales
Cage fighting (I'm not sure, I haven't heard a similar term in spanish) maybe "Peleas en Jaula"
What kind of movies do you like? = Que pelÃculas te gusta ver? or Cuales son tus peliculas favoritas?

karate is either...el karate, or los artes marciales
no idea about second, but third you could say... Que(with an accent) tipos (or you can say clases) de peliculas te (le if you do not really know them) gustan. or Que tipos de peliculas prefieres
