No I don't think you will encounter any problems. Might be a lot of men with envy wishing they could be a woman. Men find women kissing interesting enough to fantasy about it enough to wish they were female. It is 2007 two women kissing is a small matter considering all the problems we face in the world. So kiss,hold hands,hug and enjoy your time with each other

In America it is not illegal.
However, some cities might have old laws dealing with public display of affection that could apply.
But to bring that issue to court would make the prosecutor a laughing stock, in light of real and/or serious crimes.

It largely depends on where in the world that you are as in some countries the answer would be yes and others no. Even in America I suspect that in some states it is illegal and not so in others, but I could be wrong in this assumption.
