The Bible clearly speaks of 3 - all of them physical and temporal. Paul was caught up to the 3rd and into paradise (note: to and into here) where he experienced the presence of God and received special revelation. 2 Cor. 12:2-4
The 3rd was that part of the universe which contained God's temple and (mobile) throne. A bird exists in the 1st heavens, planets and stars in the 2nd.
New heavens and a new earth will eventually be created after the destruction of the current.

Heaven, the abode of God is the multi-dimensional reality responsive to consciousness, in which we are all embedded. Second heaven refers to the experience of unity after rebirth of the true (Christ) Self, a perfect synchronicity between the inner world and outer reality that one had originally as a child. The heavenlies refers to the ecstatic awareness of the Divine reality that surrounds us; and that we have access to in every now moment. Only the "pure" or unconflicted can perceive it.

There are Three Heavens.
1. the atmosphere around the Earth
2. the Star System
3. the Planet where The Father has HIS Throne right now.
Later, The Father will Recreate the Earth and Move HIS Throne down here. Then Earth will be what we used to call "Heaven".
Heaven is a Planet.
Earth is a spin-off (copy, not exact) of Planet Heaven.

I heard that one of them is just the angelic/demonic realm (where angels and demons fight, where Satan goes when he's not on earth as Hell is for souls and demons are spirits) and one of them is just the atmosphere. likely 2nd is the realm, heavenlies is the atmosphere.
