Perhaps you did not include proper instructions with the check. Maybe you did not address the envelope properly. Even if you answer these and any other questions, we can't tell you. Ask the post office. Next time, don't buy stamps. You can buy postage on-line from the post office and print it from your computer. No delay. No lost stamps. Problem solved.
