Differin Help!!!?

Today is my first day using differin cream and I have know idea if I am suppose to use it every night or everyother night or once a week?

I got perscribed differin from my dermatologist last week
he said for me to use it every other day for the first 2-4 weeks, then every day after that, in the evenings only (i use it before bed)

I use Differin cream also for acne and I use it every night before bed. It works itself into the skin better that way. The doctor also said to use sunscreen while I am using Differin.
