My wallet has been stolen and all my loyalty cards were in it, I need to let the issuers know so that the thieves cannot benefit from the use of the cards . I just want to email the three companies concerned and I cannot find email addresses, although I have found their web sites. Help please littlebird1@ukonline.co.uk

I would say that the important cards - debit/credit and cash was probably taken and the rest thrown away. I think you should phone the companies and explain.

I had to email tesco about the contaminated fuel business and it was 3 weeks before they replied.

For Nectar, there is no email address. They only accept postal mail and phone calls. Here is their contact info
http://www.nectar.com/help/contactUs.nectar

For Boots the Chemist, you email them at
customer.care@bootsus.com

For Tesco Customer Service for the Clubcard, there is only a phone number - no email - Telephone 0800 591688***, 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday

Phone calls might get you results quicker anyway. Best of luck!

You should not email about something as important as lost or stolen cards. I think that you will find all the companies have a freephone number for lost or stolen cards. Look up their website and then find the relevant section for lost or stolen cards.

I knew that they gave you a hand with your shopping bags but a hand with your ball bags, that's taking customer service to a new level.
