as long as it is in moderation. if you enjoy them don't cut them out but use it as a treat for yourself. maybe every wednesday you have a cup or if you walk an extra mile treat yourself to some.

I would have to say no. Although peanuts are good for you and have essential vitamins and minerals the chocolate is pure sugar and should only be consumed every once in awhile.
I find if you are trying to loose weight stay away from peanuts...the salt and oil only make you crave more "fattening" foods. Try soy nuts...they are less fattening and better for you.

Only if you eat a small amount. Don't sit and eat the whole bag in one sitting. you should weigh your foods or check nutrient's information on bags, containers etc. A serving is listed on the bags which could be a little as 1/4 cup.
or some items like cookies will have 3 cookies equal so many calories.

In moderation theyre fine, yet not ideal to eat. Im trying out an unsalted and blanched nutmix of brazilnuts, cashews, almonds, and pumpkin seeds. Its surprisingly filling and healthier than the mixes with salts, sugars and other things.

Peanuts are high in fat and Sugar and Salt.

Some people say as much as rare Steak.

Saying that you can eat any foods on a diet it depends on how much of the foods you eat.

Ask your doctor or local Health shop for a Free Diet Plan.

That should tell you How much or How little of each thing you can or can-not eat.

Good Luck on your Diet......
