Grand Theft of a Dwelling? What....lemme guess...you concealed a house under your shirt! Are you sure this is the title of the charge or was it Grand Theft FROM a Dwelling?
When under house arrest the courts will (or have already) provided you with what you can or cannot do while under house arrest. The restrictions are normally allowing one to visit a doctor and obtain groceries etc. However, not knowing the state from which you reside...it's difficult to answer the question without knowing what state laws to refer to!
Best wishes.

ewwwwwwwwwwwwww
you in some trouble!!!!!!
It is a felony! Grand theft is VERY serious! You will most likely see some jail time.
As far as house arrest - the judge will decide if and when you can leave your home! If you have a job, he will probably allow you to go to work, but the bracelet NEVER comes off. They have to always be able to track your whereabouts.
Stay away from other peoples sh!t!!! If you want it, work for it!!

It's very serious. It's a felony.
If you are under house arrest, you can only leave if the judge says it's ok.
When you get your ankle band, the terms of your house arrest will be explained to you. If you don't abide by those rules, you will end up serving your sentence in jail, instead.

You must not get it! If you have theft of a dwelling it is a felony and if you are convicted you will most likely see prison. If you are under house arrest, that means you HAVE to stay home in your house all the time except maybe for work - providing you are smart enough to have a job! That felony isn't just going to go away. By the way, has anyone diagnosed you as a "moron"?

i don't quite know how you can steal a dwelling but hoo ray you did. they should have explained all the rules and regulations to you when they put you under house arrest. you can go to work and/or school. but not sure what else. you need to pick up a phone and ask.

I believe that it is pretty serious. Is it your first offense? because sometimes they are a little more lenient. If you are under house arrest, you can go to work and home and that is it.
