Anyone who has ever read the Bible knows the end of the story. But that does not make all them repent and change. The reason for his final fate is his deliberate rejection of God. Same for any humans who end up in the same fate.

Because He was an angel, literally "the anointed covering cherub and was in the very presence of God.

Angels are spiritual beings and they knew and saw God and the one act of rebellion was enough to bring judgment upon them.

Pride was found in His heart and He wanted to be God, and God judged him.

The only reason Satan knows the story is because God wrote it in the bible and Satan has read it.

He helped provoke Judas to betray Jesus, which was God's plan all along.

God is the one that is omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent.
Satan though he has power is in the end a created creature and is limited, while there is no limit ot God!

Have you ever dealt with proud, self centered arrogant people, they will not change their mind or admit a mistake regardless of the evidence etc. ... well multiply that by thousands and you will have Satan. He might see the end as it is written in the Bible but he will still take all he can with him to hell and fight until he is cast into the lake of Fire. His plan is to lead as many as he can to the "wide path" as he can through deception, distraction etc. If you don't focus on God and follow Jesus the path is easy and wide that leads to destruction! That is not a reason to follow Jesus though, the reason is that God so loved the world he sent his son to pay the price of our sins IF we follow him.

Oh and Jesus did not die for the sins of Satan and the other fallen angels... only mankind.

Because Satan and demons are not given a chance of redemption. Neither are the fallen angels who have committed the sexual sins in the book of Genesis.

You have heard of the unforgiveable sin of the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, well Satan and his demons have committed that notorious sin. Satan walked the stones of fire and walked on the mountain of God. He had complete and total mobility to God and all of Heaven, yet he rebelled against God. His pride overtook him and his wisdom became corrupted. He spoke lies and death preceeded from him.

Any spiritual being have direct access to God, they can see, hear, feel, and are in God's Presence. Those who have denied God have committed blasphemy of the Holy Spirit and they are forever damned without any chance of redemption.

Angels are created to serve God first and mankind second.

Satan does know his coming end, he even knows the Bible better than anyone here on earth.

Satan quoted Scripture when tempting Jesus in the Wilderness. Satan quoted the Scripture and twisted it towards his desires in which he was trying to use it against Jesus.

The Jazz were up 3 games to 1. The Jazz haven't lost in the playoff at home but they still came to Utah thinking that maybe they could still win. Why did they try No team in NBA history has ever come back from 3-1 on the road. Because they thought that even though it couldn't happen they might be able to do it.

Under the Christian bible, NEITHER God nor Satan is omnipotent. If they were, neither could be surprised. This is shown many times. God is repeatedly surprised by his creations and even regrets making them. See the story of Noah for proof on that one.

Also, if Satan knew everything, why would we have the tale of Job in which God constantly tells Satan, when he questions man's faith in God, to test Job. Kill his wife, kill his kids, make him sick... just don't kill HIM. Satan does it, after God tells him to. While God MAY have known that Job would not fail, it is obvious that Satan does not.

Overall, the Christian beliefs that their God is All Good, their devil All Evil, and that both are omniscient are quaint ideas, but none are actually supported in the Bible.

I think he doesn't know that he will lose in the end. Also, he can not repent and change because he seen the glory of ALMIGHTY GOD. He can not change because he thinks he is right and full of pride.

Satan knows his number will be up soon. His goal now is to defeat believers in their individual and corporate life and service. But God equipped us with armor for spiritual warfare.

Satan simply wants to destroy anything that God loves. Since He knows he's losing, might as well take as many souls as he can with him.
