Has anyone heard about this devotion or gone through the prayers ? It is very interesting. It is about the number of wounds Jesus had at His crucifixtion. (Thought I'd clarify) http://www.ladyofroses.org/brigit1.htm...

Sorry Elisha but I could not get the site to open, but in answer to the first response that you got.Bridget was not a goddess that`s plain silly and her Father was indeed a pagan but not a druid,he was a chieftain of a local tribe.

and how super have been those 5475 wounds? And who became into counting, if it became right into a Christian counting, then I genuinely does not believe the count selection. Did they circle off each and every wound with a view to verify they weren't counted two times or thrice, etc? as quickly as returned, became right into a Christian counting, considering that thoroughly makes the style of wounds shrink to a small paper decrease on her finger. And the info of Christians mendacity, purely examine out their Bible, etc.

I'll repeat what I said on your last post for the same question.

Did you know Brigid (St. Bridget) was the daughter of a Druid and was actually a pagan goddess. Of course, the church had to change things up as always. It was easier to follow the Christian religion if the people felt more comfortable worshiping someone they were already familiar with.
