Are you referring to Acts 13: 16-41? That's where Paul and Barnabas stand up in the Temple after the reading of Scripture and explain to the people who Jesus is.

Do you mean Acts 17:2,3?
And Paul, as his manner was, went in unto them, and three sabbath days reasoned with them out of the Scriptures,
Opening and alleging, that Christ must needs have suffered, and risen again from the dead; and that this Jesus, whom I preach unto you, is Christ.

There were many times. You need to be more specific.

Example: Acts 17 - Paul addresses the men in the Areopagus.

I'm not sure but you might be talking about Acts 25 or 28 where paul defends his faith
