It sounds to me like you are already pretty skinny, or at least the correct weight if not a bit under for your height. If you still have a little baby fat its prolly cause your body still needs, or you haven't grown into your adult body all the way yet. The thing is, since you are not over weight and are still growing, you should probably be gaining weight as you grow and your body begins to get curves/boobs and fills out to a woman's figure (this is a good thing!!!). Plus if you are exercising a lot, muscle weighs more than fat, so at some point when you loose fat and but start to gain muscle it may not show on a scale. You could also try exercises that target those areas, rather than worring about the number on the scale. If you are eating healthy, lots of veggies, enough protein, getting all your calcium, etc, and are active you are already doing the right things and your body will loose the fat if it needs to, or your body will just grow into itself more. Please just be careful, not to starve yourself. You are young and your body is still developing so it still has alot of nutritional needs and undereating, crash diets, or starving yourself (not that you are nesseccarily doing this) can acctually make you gain weight and fat because your body will store more fat because it thinks it needs to have more of a reserve built up since you are not getting enough of what you need.
I really would not recommend doing a clense at your age. Some of them can be dangerous, some just make you feel awful, dizzy or pass out, and most are better done under supervision of either a DR or someone who specializes in nurtition. For an active teenage girl clenses are not really appropriate or healthy. Check with your Dr on that one.
I think the most important thing you can ever do is treat your body like a temple. Dont put a bunch of crap in it, and eat a wide range of really healthy foods in ALL food groups. Love it and treat it well, it will take care of you if you take care of it! :)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

If you've already lost 15 lbs. that's great keep up the good work and don't give up. Just cut down on you fat intake, eat plenty of fruits and veggies, drinks lots of water, and just as importantly keep up with the exercises.
