by overall weight (fat) loss
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

a good cardio work out will help remove fat/ try running at high speed as possible for just a few minutes keep the high tempo as you start to feel the burn . it doesnt take long and its easy 2 fit into a daily routine. for toning around mid section try crunches. lie flat on your back hold arms out in front shoulder height holding a heavy book now lift shoulders off floor keeping arms infront without bending arms as many times as you can a bit like a half sit up. if you can do lots add more weight untill you can only manage about 20 works like a charm no bull

I've been working on that as well. What has worked for me is doing cardio tae-bo. It works wonders.
