I have very bad psoriasis in winter but come summer and I manage to get rid of all of them. I go to the pool at least one a week, and bathe in the sea three to four times a week. I found that if I apply Ambra solar on my legs and elbows In a matter of a week or two I get rid of my soreness. I think that the chlorine help as well . The only place that seems to never stop itching is my scalp. No matter how may shampoo I get prescribed nothing seems to work. I wish I could just shave off my hair and expose it to the sun, but I don`t have the courage to do it, and I don`t think my husband will approve.

Ambra solar is a tanning oil. Just like Hawaiian tropic and other brands.

Sun can be good for Psoriasis but be careful. Eight people have died here from applying Olive Oil and sitting out and frying, third degree burns. Likewise the salt in sea water will kill any bacteria. Start taking evening primrose oil everyday and see come winter if it helps. Likewise I use lemon juice in the rinsing water after I have washed my hair and that keeps my scalp free of Psoriasis. Also come winter make sure all clothing is 100% cotton, except if you go hiking, then 100% wool socks. I have just been to the Pool today, but when I have a shower at home use a lemon soap and that helps.

My friend has psoriasis. She uses this product, Purified Jojoba Oil. She uses it every evening before she goes to bed, and it works!!!
It has been under control now for 2 yrs. She gets it at a health food store. I am sure it will work for you, worth a try anyway.

I use it on my cuticles, and man o man does it do wonders.
Good luck!!
