depending on your build, anywhere from 120 to 170.

A goog rule of thumb is a 5 foot tall woman should weight 100 pounds. Add 5 pounds for every inch taller you are. Therefore, you can weight 140 pounds and be at an average weight for a woman your height.

Yeah, it depends very much on your frame, whether you're muscular, etc. I'm 5'7," 130 lbs, and I usually see women in my range start at 120 lbs.
