i have nerve damage in my feet how can i get rid of the numbness?

i am currently taking Gabapentin

Mostly nerve damage is permanent, but I have seen where they use bee sting treatment to stimulate the nerves and get feeling back, they also use it for MS. Don't just apply them yourself though.

nerve damage is for the most part, permanent.
the gaba will ameliorate some of the symptoms over time, but don't plan on ever regaining full sensation.
