No, The only people the US Constitution applies to are Citizens of the US. Illegal Aliens are criminals that should be deported to their own country.

The constitution does make certain gaurantees to citizens, but it also puts limits on the sorts of laws the federal government can make, and those limmitations may well serve to protect the rights of illegal immigrants, just as they protect the rights of other law breakers.

Just tell your local congress man that we should forget about the human rights, then constitution is no good for illegal immigrations

No it does not. It guarantees rights to citizens. Fence Jumpers are not citizens. They are il legal.

Some laws do and some laws don't. It's hard to apply laws to illegals who have no status because they have no right to be here
