It's as if everything around me becomes dark, but I'm still fully aware of what's going on. This is immediately followed by a killer headache. It tends to happen more when I'm lifting, rather than when I'm doing cardio. I'm fully hydrated and eat prior to going to the gym, so I don't think my blood sugar is too low... Help?!!!?

Go to the doctor, as soon as possible. What you're experiencing is not normal, and usually indicates an underlying problem that only a doctor can diagnose. It would be safest to not work out until you go see a physician, because you might very well have a serious problem.

Maybe you're just over doing your work outs. You only want to lift weights to the point of fatigue. Then stop. If you feel you're about to black out again, just stop what you're doing and take a little break. I suggest you also tell your doctor about these symptoms just incase.

maybe what you're eating isn't keeping your stomach full enough to do your workout, have protein bars on hand and keep drinking liquids throughout your workout. If it continues, then I would talk to your doctor. if you start feeling that way, stop what you're doing, sit down, have something to drink and try again in 5 min.

You really do need to see a doctor now as OTC drugs are not going to help resolve the issue. You could even have a tumour in your head causing these symptoms. PLEASE SEE A DOC ASAP.
