GEESH! my youngest step son just found out his girlfriend is pregnant.. AGAIN. She has 2 kids with another man, they are ages 1 and 2, now she is pregnant again. They had a pregnancy scare earlier this year. She FREAKED out then, so WHY dont these people use BC?
My youngest step son couldnt hold onto a job if it came with handles, and is currently unemployed again. They have no furniture and cant even afford to get his car fixed so its parked. How the heck are they going to afford a baby? He lives in another state (thank god) so we cant really assist expect to send money.. and trust me we have sent enough already for other things.
My oldest step son had 3 kids in 3 years too!
I heard a comedian say once that the only thing poor people could afford was kids!
I am all for people having a family and stuff, but when you cant afford to support yourself.. why would you risk having a baby! I guess this will be one more welfare family. good thing I pay my taxes

for information, my husband use to work 2 jobs so his kidscoulds could have the best. He is not a loser, I think he tried too hard to give his kids everything he could.
I helped raise the youngest one and no matter what we did he would fight every time. He could crap his pants and insist that someone else did it! so its not for lack of trying to trying to point him in the right direction.
You can lead a horse to water but you cant make him drink!
as for BC being expensive and not having health insurance. Condoms are cheap.. cheaper than diapers, day care and sick babies!
I was young once, I had my daughter young.. I know what its like to have to buy diapers and hope they last till next pay day, writing a rubber check to cover the cost when they didnt. I am not ignorant and dont live in a glass house.
You just wish life would be easier for your kids than it was for yourself, but I swear I think I should have just been talking to the wall when raising this boy

BTW, I took this boy in when his own mother littarly kicked him out when he was 12!
I am better "step mom" than his own mother was! She never paid child support, never called him, we always foot that bill, never helped get school clothes or supplies, never attended a paretn tracher meeting, never picke him up from school when he was sick, never visited him in the hospiatl when he had emergency surgery... what kind of step mom does that make me? I may not have given birth to him.. but I raised him as if I did.
