No it is not dependent on that because it is not a fatty organ. Womens breasts are comprised of fat so they do get bigger

I did not recognize that they received fats in the first situation i'd feel that it's difficult to find on a relatively fats man. No offense however thats just what I notion. Definitely not ever dated or noticeable any fats guys naked.

no. their penises look smaller because there is more fat around it (groin area), when they lose weight - their penises look actually bigger
