find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Leg lifts work great for the outer thighs. Lie on side with legs extended and prop your head up with arm. Now, lift your outer leg above hip level. Do 3 sets of 12. Also, for inner thighs. Stand with legs about hip width apart. Turn toes outward. With hands on hips for balance, squat down. (make sure you go as low as you can and keep back straight) Do 3 sets of 12.

some people just accumulate fat in certain areas of there body that is sooo stubborn and just won't come off. I hate to tell you this, but doing excersizes could actually make them look bigger because all it does is beef up the muscle under the fat. You can do serious cardio though, and lower your calorie intake. But even then there are some places that just won't budge! Mine is my butt, I swear I could have no fat anywhere else on my body and I still wouln't be able to burn off the fat on my a$$ lol. Oh well just be thankful that it's on your lower body, because that's atleast considred healthy fat, it's not as dangerous as around your midsection. And learn to love your body the way it is, some guys find that sexy anyways you know!

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.

Unfortunately, there is no way to lose fat from on part of your body. The fastest way to lsoe fat is to do cardio/aerobics, 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week. Stregnth training added on will maximize your results, but the weight will come off of you all over, not from one spot at a time.

Doing squats and lunges will not help you lose fat. You can't spot reduce. You need to watch your diet and the fat will melt off your entire body evenly, not just one area.
