Just another hole in a story filled with them

He actually had god almost beat before the flood, he only had 8 people to turn and the whole world would be his. But god wiped out his advantage

That doesn't sound sportsmanlike, does it? More like a spoiled child getting ready to lose a game of checkers and then tossing the board in the air saying "it's my game !!"

Satan was winning, why did god stop the game ?

Satan is simply a mythological being. An idea, an imaginary person, like Mickey Mouse or Santa Claus. Satan represents resistance to god (another mythological being). In the ancient times the explanation of the world and correct manner of behavior that followed from that explantion was what people were expected to adhere to. Anyone who resisted that explantion and way of behaving was viewed as a resistor. Satan was the anthropomorphic model of that type of behavior - the great resistor, Satan. Look it up.

Satan smart? Oh please...Compared to humans, (always predisposed in believing his lies), yes we can say Satan is smart. In his original state he was a mighty archangel until he decided to go against God (arrogance) and claim God's creation for his own (theft). In other words he wanted to be God in the place of God. After falling out of grace he is not getting any energy from the original source therefore he has to feed on lower energies such as pain and suffering afflicted on humans and destruction of God's creation when ever possible. He can't beat God (he is well aware of this fact) but he has to try anyway just to prove him self right and do as much damage as possible in the process. What a looser!!!

The devil is actually quite week and can only do as God (Jesus) allows. This can be seen in the first Chapter of the book of Job. Which I encourage you to read.

Satan, like fallen man, can not understand the bible. Truly understand I mean. Because it is after been saved that man through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit can understand the things of God.

Satan just wants to be worshiped. We can see this when he attempt to tempt Christ. Satan actually wanted to be God but the job was taken.

Satan is very clever, but I would hesitate to use the word smart, his ability to make a choice like man having a free will, and choosing to go against what is right is the reason he did what he did,he could not be too smart,if he forgot who created him and the knowledge that he possessed.peace!!!

Satan is not trying to outsmart God. He knows he can never do that. He is trying to outsmart us if we can stay loyal to our God.
Read the Book of Job so you can clearly see the relationship between God and Satan.
